I grew up at Shellharbour on the South Coast of NSW and I arrived in Albury back in 1982, after working in Melbourne for BHP. My wife Janet is from Albury, and we have 3 boys, all of whom now live and work away from this area. We love Albury Wodonga as it has the facilities and amenities anyone could want for building a life and career. I have even got used to not having the surf down the road, which means this place must be pretty good.
I worked for another firm in Albury for 3 years before starting out on my own in 1986. That business became ATS and I enjoy being part of the leadership team and building a business of the future.
We work in a team environment where everyone is encouraged to participate and where every opinion counts. This spirit of co-operation builds confidence and trust within the team and is very important in delivering the best advice and service to clients.
I believe that community service is important and I am involved at a governance level with non profit organisations in the areas of Aged Care & Education. I am also on the Board of a Charitable Development Fund and hold a Board advisory role with an overseas aid and resettlement agency.
