Nathan Cox, B Bus (Acc)
After completing Year 11 at Albury High School, I had no idea what I wanted to pursue as a career. I completed a pathway program at the La Trobe University campus in Wodonga and immediately began studying a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree in July 2014.
I began working at ATS Partners in April 2016 in a trainee role with my mentor Paul Pocock. I strive to develop my professional skills and knowledge.
I was born in Albury and have lived in Albury all my life. Living on the border is great because it is close to the major cities but still has that rural aspect. In saying that, I would love to travel one day and visit Europe and Asia in particular.
I enjoy learning new skills and the challenge that working in the accounting industry brings. All of my work colleagues at ATS Partners are not only true professionals but also great people. If I am in need of any assistance, I can rely on anybody to get the help that I need. We work in a relaxed and flexible environment which is very important to me being a university student.
“I enjoy learning new skills and the challenge that working in the accounting industry brings”.
When I’m not studying or working, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my girlfriend Madelyn. I am a huge sports fan and follow most sports as often as I can. I enjoy AFL, cricket and NBA in particular. I am a life-long passionate Essendon supporter.
